Repair and Upgrade Services

To use our upgrade or repair services please contact us first via email at info@citadelairsoft.com or call 508.799.4272 to describe your problem, the brand and type of AEG you wish to repair or upgrade, and we will check if we can help you and give necessary recommendations.

The Citadel Airsoft Pro-Shop has a solid reputation and a wealth of experience for professional upgrade and repair services for most quality Airsoft products. For most normal upgrade and repair work, we confidently offer a 30 day limited warranty. Some specialty work, or risky upgrades are not covered and are ‘best effort’.Because we warranty and guarantee our work with similar warranty conditions as our new products, we will not perform work on certain brands or low quality types of AEGs.

Repair service pricing: $20 Evaluation and Cleaning (Required, and includes 1 hour of non-mechbox labor) $20 Non-Mech Box Labor Per Hour (in 1hr increments) $30 Mech Box Labor Per Hour (in 1hr increments)

Due to velocity limits at indoor arenas, the CQR series is  designed to fire at lower velocities, maximizing safety during close  quarter engagements.

The lower receiver of a CQR series rifle will be  constructed with fiber reinforced polymers for weight savings.

The upper  receiver and barrel assemblies are made with proprietary metal  alloys to minimize flex and maximize strength.
