I just got my first AEG, and am now looking for a pistol that shoots in the 300 fps range, but isn't more than $150. Got any suggestions?

Something KWA. I'm personally not a fan of their aeg's because of compatibility issues but their gas blowback guns are really great.

Any KWA pistol, the Elite Force 1911A1 if you want to go CO2. The higher end Cybergun pistols are made by KJW are nice too.

I've heard that the kwa ATP has a lot of problems. Like the rear sight is to easily adjustable and the orange tip comes off with ease.

I don't know about the ATP because I've never owned one but all the others I've seen and fired (Mark II, Mark IV, USP, M9 PTP) were awesome. Also I currently own the KWA M11A1 (the mac 11) and I have an adjustable holster so I use it as my pistol and it's pretty sweet. Plus i think it's only about $120 so that could be an option

The orange tips on the ATP are glued on, you can remove them quite easily... most people saw this as a plus. The sight issue I had not heard of. The first run of ATPs had the recoil buffer installed backwards but that was a simple fix.
