We are aware that our web site needs work. And we want to get as much input as we can from you, our customers!
Give us feedback!
We want to know your feelings on our site colors, our design and how information is laid out.
We use Facebook very heavily, but for static information and more detailed information our web site will always be the best place to get the information you need.
If you think something is bad, tell us! But tell us why!
Saying something sucks is not helpful, saying it sucks because (insert reason) and this is what I think would be better... is constructive and helpful!
Thank you in advance for your help to make The Citadel and our new outdoor Field (opening soon) as fun and safe for you as possible!

I like how the website is for the most part. As some have mentioned, it would be helpful to maybe have a section where we could view items that are in stock in the pro shop. Not an online store, just a place to see what you have so we know before making a trip to buy something. I don't know how difficult that would be to create considering the amount of items and keeping everything updated, but it's a suggestion.

Its very difficult as it would involve having someone dedicated to modifying the list after every day's sales. Its not something that can be done automatically or easily.

instead of an every day thing, someone should have the task of updating the list after every week. what you could do is have a list/section of what you have in the pro shop and have a phone number at the top and bottom of the section saying if you have any questions or want a product please call to see if we have it in stock/in the pro shop. this wouldn't be as time consuming as updating every day but would still give people an idea of what you guys currently have in stock.

Even weekly is a lot of work, and honestly that work would have to be worth it. Call me a pessimist but beyond the 'landing this week' stuff I don't see people rushing out the door to come buy an Echo-1 QD Sling Swivel or a Modify Polycarb Piston which we have had for a month. I am not trying to be disrespectful but we do a fairly good job of updating people on what new stuff is landing on a given week and as Nolan said "have a phone number at the top and bottom of the section saying if you have any questions or want a product please call to see if we have it in stock/in the pro shop" which we do

On a different note I think everything with the website is great, it's easy to navigate, browse, etc.

you should add the ''wall of shame'' to the site.

Having the shop online would expand your market.

Only if I had $500,000 of inventory
Care to write me a loan? heh.. its hard enough to get suppliers to get us product now. I would have to sit on a mountain of inventory to even bother attempting it and justify the extra staff, warehouse space, etc.

If you could either make a new way to post pictures or make a tutorial on how to do it that would be very helpful

It's easiest to just make a free photobucket account and use that to embed things with the link it provides for forums
